Get involved in this hands-on workshop and make your own delicious elderflower sparkling wine to take home with you. This workshop includes your own brewing kit and bottles to take home so you can complete a batch of 5 bottles of Elderflower wine.
Hosted by master brewers of botanicals, Old Tree Brewery, you'll learn how to create this seasonal fizz under their expert guidance and find out the secrets of the process.
You'll get to sample a selection of botanical drinks with flavours like lavender and lemon, rosemary and rosehip, and lemon verbena and sea buckthorn.
Old Tree Brewery, who combine brewing and gardening with forest farming and fermentation, will talk about using natural ingredients and edible plants, and can answer all your botanical brewing questions.
